mascara - top lashes only or top and bottom?

I only put it on the top lashes, my sister says I should do both but I think it looks weird. What do you think?

I think both looks weird, just looks messy on me although I like it on other (more stylish) people.

I read that wearing mascara on your lower lashes draws attention to dark circles and eye bags, so if you have either of those it's probably best to wear it on the top lashes only. Also, if you wear top only you're less likely to get smudges underneath.

The top only , otherwise i look surprised like this , even with a smidge on the bottom lashes!!
