trainers! not really what I would call "style" but anyway

I was going to go out for a run today (flabby) then I realised I don't own a pair of trainers an haven't for several years since the last lot rotted.
I don't even know where to look

find me a nice pair please

I'm game if you are. However, am away next week, so if you want to go running any time soon, you might have to go on your own. Plenty of parking though. I deliberately went midweek, so it was quiet.

i did once go into vaguely niche looking sport shop to look... but only coz i was passing. i got tennis shoes.

tis all v specific, dont you think? cant possibly be really neccessary to have so many task specific shoes... its not lighting fgs.

i am also in need of walking shoes... hiking boots, etc etc..

spect someone will launch 'supermarket shopping shoes' next, with special non-static charging soles and extra comfort for indecisive types with restless babies who cant be motionless. and clip for holding shopping list or something. (and i will be mug who buys them)
