Where to get a good quality tie for a 13 year old?

I am trying to find a good quality tie for DS who will be 13 soon. It's for his Bar Mitzvah. I tried DH's tie on him and it was much too long. John Lewis has very limited options. DS is 5 foot 2.

There are men that short. Where do they get their ties?
