After 3rd attempt (I believe in 3rd chances) I’ve decided to swerve a salon in Derbyshire, within which most stylists adopt a similar approach; from keeping me waiting with no explanation (sometimes up to 35 minutes!), absolutely not listening to me and my clear requests and two of them have scary mood swings - don’t seem happy working there. I don’t mind paying a bit more for a great cut but I’m mystified as to why this place charges the same, regardless of hair length. I’m avoiding hairdressers now until it grows out, but need a trim whilst I grow out this ugly cut. Any suggestions for experienced, well-trained, warm-hearted stylists welcome please 🙏🏻🤞🙏🏻
