Help! Dress me for a 50th party!

Hi all! Hoping you lovely stylish mumsnetters can help me out as you always seem to come up trumps!
My beautiful, inside and out!, sister is having her 50th next month in a nice local hotel and I need an outfit!
I'm overweight with low self esteem and hate things like this where you have to see everyone you know that I usually hide from! However i adore my big sis and want to attend feeling as good/confident as possible, IF possible! So looking for something a bit special.
I'm 5ft5ish size 20 big belly boobs thighs and bum, brunette, would prefer a.dress but open to all ideas!
Budget is up to 400ish

Not sure if you’ll be returning to your thread, @Prinzesa - but I saw this and thought of you. Their clothes ostensibly go up to an 18 - but there’s every chance that they cut generously. It’s such a beautiful dress it seems worth considering.
