Black skinny jeans for a short arse

Looking for advice on where I would find the following:
Light black skinny jeans
Short leg (5.4)
Size 16/18
High waisted (to hide muffin top)
Would appreciate if they could contain my massive belly.
I use to find Dorothy Perkins amazing so perhaps similar to there
Any recommendations?

I'm 5ft 4" and have them in various colours. Perfect.

For some reason skinny jeans seem to have become the devil on mumsnet. Everyone goes on about how nobody is wearing them anymore as they are so dated and old fashioned. Yet shops are still selling them, you still see people wearing them everywhere

I wear them all the time, I won't be giving up my skinnies any time soon - couldn't give a monkeys what is or isn't 'in'.

I used to love the DP Eden jeggings but they changed the fabric. I've switched to Next although I don't think they're high waisted.
