Hello Ladies, Has anyone else had this issue with Trinny London, creams smelling off? I have bought quite a few products and they have been great until one of the retinol creams as soon as i pumped a bit out it reminded me if an old lipstick with that rancid oil smell, i pumped a bit more thinking it was just in the tube and may have dried but the while thing smells like that… It isnt pleasant on the skin either i have sensitive skin and i feel its making it red, mind you i have used this product before in a trial and didnt smell or make my skin this way the first time… I contacted “customer service” they did not help a bit only deny what i was saying, then asked me for a code on the package and the expiry date was 2021??? I told them again and they said it wasn't the expiry date…. I feel disappointed as i have loved the products and love Trinny until now and the horrid so called service is appalling, i do believe if Trinny knew she would do something about it. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue? the date is in the inside crease of the pump or refill box which I'm sure most throw away but this one wasn't even sealed which again tells me its old and the glue has dried and popped open… Interested to know.
