Hair nothing like what I asked for - with pics

1st pic is what I asked for, 2nd pic is what I got. I hate it and it's nothing like it. The pic has dimension and is a cool, ashy tone, whereas mine is just a generic yellowly flat blonde. Paid £250 for just the colour. Would you go back or just suck it up?

£250!!! Good god you’ve been robbed. Mine looks like yours and I pay £90.

Yes I would absolutely go back for them to fix it and then I’d never go back again.

The first picture probably has a filter on it. Also depends what colour you were to begin with.

If they said they could do it and didn't then yes go back but they may not have a clue how to

I'd go back, did you want it cut and deep conditioned too. Did you say anything at the time.$

second is quite yellow. Were you already blonde? Could be hard to fix without wrecking your hair further.

I have a full head of highlights, but get every third one brown. Maybe see if can get it broken up a bit? and a toner?

It's a really high end salon that do blondes day in and day out.

No, didn't want it cut. Was cut last week at different place.

The ends are too white. I would maybe leave it, will fade down, and go elsewhere next time.

Looking at the pic I would suggest that they haven't toned it properly to give you the coolness and ashyness you wanted. Personally i think if you have spent that sort of money and you are unhappy you are entitled to go back. Maybe also ask for them to use K18 - bond repair builder on your hair also which should make it smoother and I think might help with the colour. Good luck!

I've just put a pink toner through the front and it's softened it a lot, so I'll do it all tomorrow and see how I feel then.
