Anyone any idea how to best go about this? Its just a dress that i wear to festivals doesn't matter if I "ruin" it but its part of kind of family matching outfit thing so I'd like to be able to wear it plus still create access somehow.

I have next to no skills but willing to give it a go lol

I have got skills and I wouldn't do it! The main problem is that cutting and rejoining requires extra fabric, which you haven't got in a garment that's already finished.

I suppose wearing it back to front won't solve it?

If it's sleeveless, could you make it open like this top? So take it apart at the shoulder, add a layer underneath (like a crop top) with something a little stretchy (t-shirt material), then use poppers to close it at the shoulder when you are not feeding?
