Top and trousers wedding guest outfit

I'm going to a fairly laid back wedding next month but would really like to wear something a bit more practical. I'll be there with my toddler and my DH is party of the bridal party, so I'll likely be chasing after them all day and want to be comfortable. I have a lovely floaty maxi dress but I wore it too another event and kept tripping over it, and the toddler was pulling it down at the front! I'm thinking smart cullotte and blouse but struggling to find anything. I'm an awkward shape to dress....5ft 2, size 16 and with big boobs and big tummy. I'm early 40's, budget around £150. I've tried on a few jumpsuits and they just didn't work for my shape. Grateful for ideas. TIA x
