Is anyone else shocked at how many are needed to keep the old body looking its best lol . Going through my diary I have booked really badly with all condensed into 10 days .

Monthly physio on back
Laser hair removal for top lip
Podiatrist to keep toe nails tidy ( horse trod on foot and damaged nail beds on right foot )
Full waxing appointment
Hair cut and colour

Is this normal , do you all have similar .

I only have hair appointments booked regularly. I do have massage adhoc, but that's all. Your physio and podiatrist though seem a health thing rather than optional 'beauty' stuff?

Apart from a hair cut once every few months I don't do any of those things!

DappledThings · 22/06/2024 20:01

I've never done any of those things. Hair cuts about twice a year, never had it coloured.

spikeandbuffy · 22/06/2024 20:02

I don't do any of that really
Haircut every 6-9 months, no colour
Dermaplane myself (top lip, brows)
Feet - if I have a toenail issue but I di my own pedicures
Armpits and legs I shave

WhyamInotvomiting · 22/06/2024 20:05

I don't, no. I get my hair cut (dry cut) between 2 and 4 times a year usually although the last interval was actually 18m but that's unusual. I usually get my face threaded once a month. I get an extended bikini wax around twice a year before going on holiday.

That's it.

saturnspinkhoop · 22/06/2024 20:05

I have none. If I could justify it/had more disposable income, I’d have a lot.

BatshitCrazyWoman · 22/06/2024 20:05

I only have physio if I have an issue. Hair appointments for cut and colour, and that's it. Shave legs, bikini line, underarms (my skin reacts badly to waxing).

TheSandHurtsMyFeelings · 22/06/2024 20:10

Nope, none of that.

Maybe if I had the money I'd be doing more but, I don't!

Deebee90 · 22/06/2024 20:10

Only thing I get done regularly is my nails at every 3-4 weeks. Brows done 6-8 weeks. Oh and hair trimmed every 3/4 months. Nothing else as I don’t need it or can do it myself.
