Trouser outfits that don't look like office wear

Particularly ankle grazers, cigarette and slim trousers.

How would you style them for like a pub lunch, dinner etc without looking like you're going to the office?

I am trying to use some of my items for causal and going out as well as work.

A sparkly sleeveless top would do it. Otherwise you're left with twinsets and pearls, but you'll look like you escaped from the country club. It's just not really fashionable at the moment

That's my issue without buying anything new I'm wanting to make do with what I've got. Like an extended capsule wardrobe 😂 thanks.

I have some Uniqlo ankle grazers which are super comfy and never need ironing so they often come with me on holidays, I just wear them with a plain black tshirt and flat trainers like Sambas. Or Birkenstocks if it's warmer, strappy sandals to be dressier.

How about with a plain t-shirt or vest top, and loafers? I like a linen jacket for summer as well.
JL has a linen bomber jacket; casual but a step up from a cardigan:

Currently - belt, vest top and bangles. Sandals or trainers. Hoop earrings and pendant necklace.

Thank you! Got a few ideas to go with. I've got different colours so not like it's plain black.
