What are 'boy fit' jeans please?

Looking for more long jeans and Top Shop have some of these. Can't really see what's different about them. What on earth?

thanks for this thread OrmIrian, i am a fellow 5'11-er and have been pondering whether the boyfriend fit jean thing would be flattering for me..or not. Am fortunate to be 15 mins walk from topshop so if i get a chance to go there and try some on i will let you know! I am a 14 anyway with big hips/thighs so if they suit me i am sure they will suit you..

Excellent fairylights! I do have an unfeasible large bottom though. Compared to the rest of me. DH says not but what does he know.

im a size 18 5ft 2 and i love my slouchy jeans. i only buy from river island though. and they dont make me look huge they are actually quite flattering

I am on the large side (tall aswell) and I think they are quite flattering (or I may well be deluding myself ).

As Mellowma they look lovely with flat summer shoes (flipflop type ones) - I have struggled to find winter shoes that look good with them so can't wait for the warm weather so I can wear them again.

I am 5ft 10 and a good size 12.

I live in my boyfriend-fit jeans and have 2 prs in slightly different styles from River Island. I find them a better fit than Top Shop which seem a bit less of a generous fit than RI.

I wear them with flip-flops or Birkenstocks in summer and Converse in winter. I find winter boots don't really go, except for the Timberland style.

OrmIrian - no fear, i also have a HUGE backside, but it goes quite well with the hips and thighs! So i will let you know if i get to town and try some on, am feeling inspired to now..
