Jeans for slim/skinny thighs...any recommendations?

I'm around a size 10-12 (usually a 12 but lost a bit of weight recently) -the problem I have with jeans is that I have very slim thighs (yes, I know I'm a cow )and I don't have "saddlebags".

All the jeans I try on seem to have acres of fabric around the tops of the legs and just look ridiculous especially the ones that have the saddlebags bits at the side.

I don't want skinny jeans though (too old for that malarky )

PS -my legs may be skinny but I do have wobbly bits elsewhere so don't hate me

Gap are usually worth a bash

take up residence in the fitting rooms and make them bring you different sizes and styles till omething fits

Thanks MrsB -actually Gap Long and Lean have been my jeans of choice so far.

Trouble is our nearest branch is not do-able in the time I get without DC (3 mornings only). Might have to call in some favours and get a day shopping alone!

I always go for stretch jeans - at least they will fit somewhere!

the best jeans for skinny legs are PaperDenimCloth. but they are expensive, but so worth the money. I can't get mine over my fat bum at the mo, but i would wear them constantly if I could. They sell them in Harvey Nicks

ooh looks like my shopping trip involves going even further afield in order to get to a Harvey Nicks!

Any more suggestions from the evening crowd?

I was going to suggest the long and lean Gap ones ..

I am the same.

If you look at sassie jeans by Boden they are a very good fit for slim thighs and low waisted. Less than £50

If you have more to spend (£100-£150 OUCH) I'd recommend two US jean designers; HABITUAL (they do great maternity jeans btw) and 7forMankind
