What dress will look good with these shoes?

I’m going on a birthday lunch celebration and weather permitting would like to wear a dress with these shoes that I bought some time ago but never actually used.

Everything that I have a home doesn’t go with the shoes and I have bought and returned a few pieces too.

I usually wear mid lenght, I don’t like thin straps and prefer solid colours or tiny minimalistic patterns.

I’m 5’5, size 8/10, brown skin, I think my colour season pallete is deep winter

Also a have a handbag that is similar colour as the shoes that I could use or a black one.

Budget?

Cream linen dress?

Tailored cream trousers 7/8 or 3/4 with a silk shirt and pretty jewellery?

Any of the black dresses from here or similar.

I love dresses so I’m out for dresses only, I wear trousers far too often
Unfortunately cream don’t look good on my skin tone
Budget I’d say up to 100 but would like to find good quality for less

Thanks - those dresses are beautiful but I don’t like shirt type dresses and the sun dresses will not look good - I tried one last week.
I like it fiited in the stomach area
