Jeans for a podgy belly!

I need new wide leg jeans but am mid losing weight (currently around a large 14/small 16 in trousers) so don't want to spend much and always find jeans hard to buy. Any recommendations please?

I love the Next 'lift and shape' jeans. Come in different styles, but they are quite high rise, stretchy, and comfy around a tubby middle! Don't know if they have wide leg, but they have flares and boot cut.
