Hi All,
I took a chance and ordered a few items (sent to Europe) all arrived fine. Unfortunately x2 things don't fit - I was so careful to try to order only things that I def wouldn't want to return but wasn't to be.
One item in particular was pricey (main reason I'd like to return, if it was a fraction of the price I'd just keep it) and now wondering whether to return or not - worried I'll return and they won't refund which would mean I'd have been better off keeping the items :-(
Has anyone followed their return procedure very recently? How did it go?
