Boots won’t let me pay with points online

Hi,

I’m losing my mind trying to checkout with boots. I’m trying to pay with points which I 100% have enough of to cover the order, but it just keeps giving me an error and telling me to try again or use a different payment method 🤬 I want to use my points!! I’ve tried the website and the app, neither work. I’ve contacted them via the website and no reply. Anyone got any advise? I don’t particularly want to go instore to buy either as for some crazy reason the items I want are cheaper online! TIA

I’ve not been able to pay on their app at all when I use my advantage card it says I fail some kind of in house checks ? I messaged them but they were very unhelpful

I can only use the app on my iPhone and not the iPad. I think I once had to resort to phoning them up to place an online order.

Have you tried emptying your basket, logging out, closing the browser and then starting again from scratch? They always are very glitchy 🙄

I was at a store today and their system was down and they could only take cash payments, so maybe they are having some issues?
