Feel like doing some online dress hunting for me/with me?

I need some help finding an outfit for a wedding. The criteria:

  • Ideally less than £60 for the main "item" (+ accessories)
  • Something I will wear again
  • Wedding is a registry office wedding with relatively casual dinner and drinks after - no dress code provided
  • Wedding is in July
  • I am 40, size 10-12
  • I think covered arms would look better but short sleeves might be OK
  • Nothing too tight fitting on my stomach - it's not washboard flat and I'd feel comfier with a looser fit

I don't even know where to start? I'd like to avoid fast fashion and get something that is made sustainably and will last, but recognise I might be mad for thinking I can get that within budget. I'm not against second hand as long as it's in good condition.

Any particular websites I could start looking at?
Thanks!

I'm very pale - white blond hair with pinky undertones to my skin!

I don't think I could tell you what colours I suit tbh. Greens maybe? I wear a lot of black but that's not wedding appropriate!!

I like this. Not cutting edge but affordable and practical and it comes in Petite if necessary.
