Is my hair a nice colour?

I usually have unnatural coloured hair (pink, lilac, bright copper with blonde section at front etc) but have just dyed it a "normal person" shade and am struggling to not feel like it's really mousey and drab.

It does suit my skin tone and makes my eyes look more blue.

Is it objectively a nice colour?

@HowDoTheyManageAtAll I have a lot of grey so am used to the struggle with roots etc. Have grown the grey out in the past and it wasn't for me.

I think it’s fine if it suits you. It always feels a bit odd when you change the colour. I’d live with it for a few months and then review.

You could add some copper conditioner dye to give it a bit more pop?

I love this. Looks great so you may well have had it done at the hairdresser but if not, I'm looking for a new home dye, mine isn't that effective, do you mind me asking what you used?

@TravellingIncognito I did it myself. I hate hairdressers 🫣. I mixed two Schwarzkopf Igora Royal shades. Would highly recommend the brand as the coverage is so even and my hair is really shiny.

Ooh this is really nice - also this could have been me writing this post, love an unnatural hair colour - you could always get a copper toner on it if you want to brighten it up!
