Was at the hairdressers last week with dd (7) and she told me about a Hairbonding kit

Can anyone help me find it. My dd (7) was going on about coloured bits in her hair (she thinks she is 15 btw) and the hair dresses suggested something called a hair bonding kit, have tried googling it but it comes up with nothing, can anyone help. Thanks

My friend has this for her daughter, but I don't know where she got it from. SOrry!
