Small gifts for friend to use on flight

My lovely friend has been supporting me through my cancer treatment. She's off to visit her daughter in the US soon and I'd like to give her a small gift, or gifts, that she might find useful and spoiling on her flight.

Any suggestions?

Why not get her a little 'amenity' bag full of goodies that they give out on some business/first class flights. Ebay has loads of them. I got one from BA last year, and the contents were great (socks, soft eye mask, lip balm etc.)

Nice idea, but nobody wants a load of extra crap to carry on a plane, especially not liquids/toiletries!

How about a private car to the airport?

How about a private car to the airport?

Or being met by a private car at the arrivals airport?

Haven't read all the replies so apologies if this is repeating @TwigTheWonderKid but as a semi regular long hauler I always find anything that cleanses and moisturises super useful. There is nothing like the pre landing spruce up to make you feel more human.

Other suggestions on ber also sound lovely though!

Failing that, can you get something for her to enjoy with her daughter on landing?
