Any idea where I can find shoes like these?!

After any suggestions on where I can get shoes similar to these. Leather upper, closed heel and toe but gaps at the side. The colour isn’t a deal breaker but needs to be pale rather than dark. Budget up to £150. They are for work rather than parties.

These are perfect - but I’d need to buy from Germany and it seems that is now a bit more complicated than it used to be … especially given possible returns and so on.

I’d welcome any advice. Nice shoes that work in the summer but aren’t open toed are not that common I realise!
