Jumpers to wear over a shirt

I love this look with jeans but when I try to do it I just look bulky, crumpled, both…or like I can’t dress myself properly 🤣

I’ve got a few nice shirts & blouses now from vinted, what jumpers do I need to go the to nail it? I am long in the arms, probably a bit long in body, size 12

Maybe try a thin cotton or other thin material type jumper that is fitted and goes to the waist.

I haven’t seen one like that, unless I’m not visualising it properly

I have a couple of jumpers that have the collar/hems/cuffs attached look so not 2 pieces.
Less bulk and layers

@70isaLimitNotaTarget I want to be able to take the jumper off, or else this would solve it!

Quite honestly when that sort of look is photographed for a magazine or Instagram the stylists usually have the back pinned or held with pegs to give a smooth outline.

Because wearing a relatively bulky fabric like cotton (or even silk or viscose) under a jumper is inevitably going to look a bit less than perfect.

@Wordless oh. Well that’ll explain why mine never look like that then!!
