Nicotine stains on clothing

I bought a really nice dress from Vinted.
It absolutely reeked of fags but I washed it and it no longer stinks.

I can see that the white bits on it have got a yellow tinge to them, which I can only assume is from the smoking.

Is there a way I can get the stains out? It blends in well so nobody else would notice, but I can tell it's meant to be white.

Eco bleach or citric acid might be worth a Google depending on material
Coolish hand wash with salt not washing powder and sunshine can brighten whites
