Prom Outfit for 16 year old boy

I didn’t want to jump in on the prom girl thread but can anyone help with the above? Looking for a smart/suit outfit for small 16 year old boy, size would be xsmall or small (probably the size of your average 14 - 15 year old). I’ve scoured vinted and even charity shops but nothing is suitable so I will have to buy new. I’m on a tight budget so nothing too expensive as it will hardly ever get worn.

We bought a black suit from ASDA for an interview day at school. They don't have a Y11 prom.

They do look cheap, but he didn't care, and I wasn't spending ££££ on something that will just gather dust in his wardrobe. A new shirt and one of his Dad's ties and a pair of cheap shoes from Wynsors

We got a reasonable suit for our son from M&S for under £100. It was men's, but they do boys up to age 16 I believe. It doesn't look cheap (not shiny), and I'm planning on selling it next May/June on the local Facebook page along with the dress shoes.
