Tailored outfit needed... size 16 and massive boobs!

Hi all, I'm going to a big birthday party in a posh hotel this Saturday....I have a floaty wrap dress which is really flattering, but I just feel a bit meh and fancy something more tailored. However I'm not sure if my body shape is designed for this....I'm currently size 16, 5 ft nothing and have G cup boobs and quite a bit of a tummy from c section overhang. Is there anything tailored/structured that people can recommend? I'm wondering if I should just team the floaty dress with a blazer, but not sure what would flatter?

Just recently seen on the Melissa Murrell YouTube latest videos styling a size 16 5ft 1 post-partum lady. It looked really good.

There’s a video by Trinny on You Tube all about wearing a jumpsuit which might help you ‘amp’ things up.
