On my cheeks and nose. Really pissed off as I'm 52 and my skin was actually doing ok and now it's just unsightly. Like I'm an old drunk!

What can I do and at what sort of cost am I looking, please?

Laser - I paid £200 for this and rosacea reducing

IPL laser worked for me but is generally suitable for the fairer skin type. Going next week for a top up will be £360 not cheap. If the veins are really bad pulse dye may be better. Really I'd recommend a private dermatologist and they can advise.

Is it effective?

Gets rid of mine completely. Only issue is they reoccur so I need an annual top up.
For first time you may need 2-3 sessions but alit of places do a treatment plan. Was a game changer for me everyones surprised when I say I have rosacea.

Odd one here, but have you been lifting weights? I got some skin marks after unusual (for me!) workouts with weights. They went in a few days.

How many sessions did you need? @Mayhemmumma
