Here's a challenge for fashionistas..

Can anyone help? I can see in my.minds eye the kind of garment I want..but cant find it. Currently searching Vinted,Etsy,ebay etc.

I have to host at an outdoor black tie event in August. It will be chilly( Scotland) and a friend once gave me a fabulous,bottle green velvet hooded cloak which I want to wear. ( cant think when else I would ever wear it). So thats the main garment.

Bottom half will be wide leg black evening trousers. I'm not very feminine looking so dresses and heels wont do. I'm 60,busty,with a tummy. What to wear on top? I want....a tunic top,like a cheong sam type thing. Embroidered or beaded. I dont want pastels or frilly. I need to be warm but look fab. Love nehru collars. Have purple hair.
