I'm going to a lovely autumn wedding in September, and all the dresses in the shops are really summery. I'd like to buy something now ideally, rather than wait till September and risk not finding anything... I had my eye on a burgundy dress, but have since been told that bridesmaids will be in varied shades burgundy, pink and plum - so I want to avoid those.
I would love a velvet teal midi dress, but I am open to ideas - I'm 5ft 7 size 8 and have mid-length purple hair. I'd like to wear a proper bra, and nothing shorter than knee length. I tend to go for slightly vintage, gothy styles. I could spend £250 if it was perfect. Not rental, as I have a couple of things I can wear it for.
