Teen summer work shoe

What style of shoe would you recommend for a teenager who needs something practical for a summer job, but insists a trainer is not stylish enough.

bonus points if it adds some height because the argument we are having here is partly due to the fact she prefers shoes that
help make her look taller than the children she will be working with this summer.

assistant at a summer children’s program. Mostly indoor. Some outdoor.

I worked in summer camps and crèches as a teen and we had to wear trainers (preferably old as they got wet and dirty often). I would have been seriously uncomfortable in anything else. Isn’t she going to be doing games and sports with them?

Covered shoes she can run in if necessary. Trainers are ideal.
