Is there such a thing as fake tan that conceals imperfections?

Does this exist and does anyone have any recommendations?

I'm looking for a fake tan that is relatively subtle, I can apply myself and helps cover imperfections / even out skin tone?

Or is this what fake tan does anyway?

I find it does thus anyway. I jave cellulite and scars and it makes then look better. I've used fake bake , skinny tan and currently bondi sands.
