Oily skin moisturizer and/or SPF

I swear every time I have the perfect routine the products disappear!
I always have had oily skin and lots of spots/blackheads/blocked pores. In 2020 in the lead up to my wedding I thought I had cracked it. I used a tumeric face wash, Sunday Riley good genes serum and a moisturizer/SPF from Revolution that was for oily skin
I was rid my of spots for years now it's only the serum that's still in existence! Trying lots of different products and struggling.
I think I have a good face wash now but can anyone recommend a good, vegan, cruelty free SPF & moisturizer (together or separate - I'm not sure which is best) that doesn't clog pores?
I'm currently using a Coco and eve SPF 50 one which is supposed to be moisturising but my skin still feels dry and I am getting loads of spots again.

Effaclar duo from La Roche Posay or any oil free moisturizer.

A salicylic product for the oil and blackheads. 2% is the sweet spot percentage to look for. Loads of acid toners have that %. Paula's Choice is a famous one, but you don't need to pay PC prices. Nip & Fab so one as do many other high street brands.
