Funeral outfit-no idea what to wear

I need an outfit for a funeral. It needs to be very casual with something purple. I am short, wide and middle aged. I usually wear jeans or leggings and big shirt or sweatshirt, business clothes or full glam- very little in between. I was thinking about a drapy sort of linen-y top and loose trousers. Any idea where I could get something like that? Online if possible....

Damart have a purple blouse half price at the moment. Just buy an inexpensive pair of trousers to wear with it.

Wear dark clothes you already have and get a purple scarf.

I agree. No point in buying new clothes if you won't wear them again. That tunic is quite nice though.

Oh, I love the Osaka tunic! But it's a bit too expensive, I think.....

I do want to buy something new-I honestly haven't got anything suitable at all!

Purple is really difficult this season, so it might be worth checking charity shops.
Wide legged black trousers shouldn't be too tricky from supermarkets or wherever though.

I agree about wearing your own clothes and adding a purple scarf. I wouldn’t buy something new to wear to a funeral.

It's £50 but they are doing buy one get one half price, so you might find trousers there too

This isn't as nice as the Oska tunic but it is purple, casual and linen(ish) and a lot cheaper than Oska.

I'd wear a black dress.. the businessy ones you already own will be fine and get some purple jewellery/scarf/bag. Nobody will care. It's not a fashion show or day out.
