Mouth lines forming due to stress - any tips to reduce please?

Hello - I'm 54 and the last 6 months have been hugely stressful with a lot of difficult major life events, which will be carrying on for quite a while into the foreseeable future. I've always held a lot of tension in my neck and jaw, and can feel it all around my mouth too now. I can see it adding new lines around my mouth, which I hate - I know it's part of aging but the stress is making it worse. Has anyone got any tips for reducing these please? I do facial exercises and regularly moisturise, etc. Thanks very much.

They can also form due to dental issues as well. Use an eye cream in that area and use a facial roller moving upwards, won’t eliminate but tone down look of them.
