Boob supporting tshirt for nightwear

Windypants21 · 13/05/2024 21:28

I love pj's...never liked nightdresses. I would like to wear a tshirt over my pj bottoms at night, but my flailing large boosums are neither comfortable nor pretty in a tshirt, so is there an answer out there that anyone could recommend please? Ps Strappy tops expose my flabby upper arms so preferably a tshirt. 🙃

Gave you tried googling "t shirt with shelf bra" and/or "t shirt with support". M and S used to do them called "secret support" and they still do but only vest tops.

Edit: sorry I didn't mean for that to be a "let me Google that for you" type post, just that you know what price point you want/what colours etc and those search terms seem to be the right kind of products.

Bravissimo have sleep vests with cups in.

Not what you asked but I also have huge boobs and I wear a soft crop top style sleep bra under pyjamas.

Yes my best solution - as with a big bust and broad shoulders I don't do vests (only proper tops) - is to wear a soft bra underneath. Marks used to do a sleep bra but think they have stopped now but it's basically just a wire free bra of some sort. There was a thread about them last week.

I use the bravissimo sleep bras and before that used their sleep vests. Have fairly big boobs, they are super comfy after a day in an underwired bra!

Thanks for the responses. Google is our friend of course but I like that mumsnet can give you real life tips tricks and suggestions for pretty much everything.

I have tried to buy soft bras as an option but they never seem to offer sufficient support or are too small either in the strap or the cup, so I get spillage. I am 38 e but my girls just seem very unruly out of a bra ! I nearly would prefer I'd they were sort of strapped ro my chest in a sort of Gywneth Paltrow ' Shakespeare in love' way than swinging about foot loose and fancy free. Through the day I wear a wire free bra but it weighs heavily on my shoulders as I don't like having that ski slope look where my boobs go on forever.

I would be interested to know what kind of crop top you wear Stripes92 if you don't mind.

I will check out the Bravissimo site and the precious thread.

Ps I think the crop tops would need to be made of firm-ish material so as not to just end up with the same floppy boobs but wrapped in material ...so offering some restraint and support iyswim.

I wear a Uniqlo shelf vest under an open PJ shirt. Covers arms and supports boobage

Summerhillsquare · 13/05/2024 22:32

Also here to say Uniqlo.

Carly944 · 13/05/2024 22:33

Big boob problems. It's hard carrying around a lot of weight up front.

henlake7 · 14/05/2024 09:39

I just use a crop top bra I got off Amazon. I prefer that option coz it works with a t-shirt in winter and on its own in the summer (without worrying about free range boobage, or your pet randomly standing on a nipple in the middle of the night....yes, this has happened more then once and it hurts!!LOL).😆

MothralovesGojira · 14/05/2024 09:47

I wear sleep bras by M&S which cover and support but are really comfy to sleep in.
