I saw someone looking smart but summery with some trousers that had this design above the waist band but they were smart not drawstring. Does that even make sense? What do I need to search for to find them? Only 5’2” so need petite length…

Also what about linen? I've got a few pairs of elasticated waist kind of barrel leg shape. They're the casual side of smart and v comfortable.
