Non-smudge eye liner for lower eye lid

Can anybody recommend an eye liner for the lower eye lid specifically that doesn't smudge?

Any and all help much appreciated!

Also interested in the answer to this. I've been wearing a kohl pencil for way too long and want a change. I'm tempted by the Trinny London adverts but I dot know anyone who's used it.
