Trying to break in my new trainers but slight rub on my little toes! And tips to ease this? Do I wear compeed for a bit?

Buy the right sized trainers next time.

Sadly it is about finding a brand which fits you better. A cobbler might be able to stretch the area.

What trainers are they? How tight is the area? In some trainers you might need to go up a half size if they are narrow. If they’re new you could exchange.

I think it depends on the trainer. In some I can push through and know they’ll stretch eventually. In others I go up half a size (Adidas Samba, Speziale). Some brands just aren’t right for my feet, like Vans always rub my little toe after I’ve worn them for a few hours so they are not all day trainers for me.
