Prescription glasses / sunglasses in London

Where is everyone going for reasonably priced prescription glasses or sunglasses now that Bailey Nelson has closed? I'm looking for something a bit fashionable but also well made and not overly priced. I'm happy to pay around £200 for a good pair including lenses, but not much more than that. Needs to have a physical shop in London so that I can try on.

Not in London but I buy from Glasses Direct. You can order frames to home to try on before ordering.

Eyediology, near Spitalfields, is small but very good. The website isn’t great but they have a good selection of frames.

Does anyone know somewhere that does prescription sunglasses with a mirror finish on the lenses?

Ace & Tate, Bloobloom

Cubitts do good, fashionable prescription glasses within your price range. They have a number of branches in London.

Where in London? Independent opticians usually best.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll try cubbitts first I think.

Cubbits are great. The staff are friendly and prices reasonable.
