Boys T shirts with room for a belly

Hello
I need some T-shirts for my son, he is 5ft 4 and 10 stone, everything we try (Which hasn't been many as he doesn't like trying on) is too tight for his tummy, has anyone got any recommendations?
(my son has additional needs and we see the professionals for his weight)
Thanks

I really feel for you, I've got exactly the same issue with my son (also ND). Adult sizes it is. He can wear a medium in Adidas and Nike. Sometimes things are a bit long but it's bett and than being tight. He can get away with adult small in Primark. I also buy all his shorts there. Next for joggers, age 15 works well. I also get loads of stuff on Vinted for him. I keep hoping he's going to shoot up in height and spread out a bit. It's hard going.

"Better than" that should have said 🙄

I will look at Adidas and Nike.

Are the relaxed fit Tshirts bigger round the waist? but not in length? As sizing up can then be too long and he doesn't like that.

They're much wider than regular fit.

Have a look at sturdy kids website, they have different items of clothing in kids plus size

Nike do a plus range I think.

Thanks for all your replies, I took one of his tops to the shops and held it against what felt like hundreds of tops. Found the cheap £1.80 tops in Primark age 14/15 and their extra small Men's relaxed fit to be successful.
