How to get smooth, shiny hair (with minimal effort!) ?

I know there must be some product that does this. My hair is usually pretty ok and my haircare routine is very much wash, condition and towel dry but it does bug me to have those little frizzy or fuzzy bits that always seem to stick out.
Is there anyway to tame the frizzles without me having to go out and buy a hairdryer!?

Google hair smoother wand, it’s like a mascara but for taming hair.

I use argon oil on towel dried hair, mine is long, wavy and very thick, and it works brilliantly. Not exciting but effective.
