I have always struggled to find shoes I like - and curreny really need to buy new shoes so looking for ideas!
I have only ever worn flats, and over the years have mostly worn converse or similar, sandals (saltwater since about 7 years ago), boots in winter.
I also like ballet pumps but hate the high cut ones (i don't want toe cleavage, but also not the other extreme is that makes sense!). I have a few old pairs of Clarks that I love but have seen better days (photo to follow).
I also cycle everywhere - work in the office 3 days a week and don't need to be mega smart, looking for shoes for all occasions - I often wear jeans or wide leg trousers but also dresses (think Hush long dresses or midlength). If love ideas for trainers that aren't a converse, or daytime shoes (pumps, feminine style brogues maybe or pointy flats). I'm 45 if it's relevant 😜 and size 41. Oh and I never ever ever wear black shoes!!! Prefer lighter colours, metallics, white or tan at a push.
Any ideas would be gratefully received!

Clark's brogues 'hamble oak' might be what you are looking for

Also an avid converse wearer. I've just recently bought some Adidas Stan smiths. They're a bit smarter than converse and go with loads, jeans, dresses etc.
