Off the shoulder dresses with straps...

What do you call them? Is there a name? Do you know what I mean - those once which have material around the top of the arm as if falling off the shoulder but then also have straps - like this: www.coastfashion.com/product/coast-ruffle-sleeve-ombre-midi-dress_bcc07542?colour=pink

I want one for summer! I love them! They will cover the loose part of my arm but also be secure on the boob and I can wear a bra - genius!

(Also bought this one and it was just too much - the frill stood up like a startled frilled dinosaur. But I like the idea of it)

That dress is gorgeous but with my boobs that frill would just not work...
