Stylish jeans - comfy around the middle!

Hi all. I'm 42 and petite. Looking for some jeans that are not too 'mumsy'. Tbh I'm not sure whether skinny or bootcut is the way to go, perhaps one of each. But basically I desperately need some nice jeans that I can actually wear comfortably all day. One surgery + 2 c sections has left me simply unable to bear the feeling of anything hard /tight around my middle. Any ideas of where I can go?

Have a look at Halara. They do jeans with a soft waistband in various styles.

Very expensive but divinely comfortable and always with up to date styles: Paige.
