My daughter bought a house of CB one . It was too small so sent it back for next size . Came a week later , beautifully packaged and is a lovely dress . Hopefully this reassures you .

House of CB only do credit note or gift card on sale items, the dress isn't on sale so you'd be fine. I have a couple of dresses from them and never had a problem.

Have you had a look on Next website? Have to filter lots, pick maxi and size, quite a selection but need to wade through a bit. Very easy for returns.
