New job, new style?

I'm 45 and have just accepted a job in an office, entry level and nothing customer facing and am thinking a restyle maybe in order?
I've worked retail or similar all my life and so had uniform provided for many many years!
I'm still thinking of a uniform of sorts though, it's smart casual and from what I gather more leaning to casual.
Generally out of work it's jeans and a jumper/casual top but I'm thinking of maybe a long skirt and plain tee.
I'm 5'3 and size 18, curvy so have a waist and boobs in proportion.
I will also be sitting down for a lot of the time, whereas I'm used to standing all day usually so need some kind of comfort, don't think jeans will do the job.
Any suggestions? Tia

Congratulations on the new job!

Entry level, not customer facing - you probably don’t want to be spending too much (unless it’s a much smarter environment than you’ve indicated?).

I’d have a look first at:

Uniqlo
Community Clothing

They’re both pretty consistent and make simple, hardwearing clothes. (You’ll just get more natural fibres, more locally made from CC. More expensive obviously.)

Thank you! Definitely worth a look, I much prefer natural fibres and a simple look tbh.
