Is this too much for my skin?

I’m in my 50’s

Aside from my cleanse, tone, serum, moisturise and sunscreen, I

Use Tretonoin most nights
Use a Nuface most days
i just bought a FOREO eyes and lips and will use most days
I’m having a radio frequency and micro current facial once a month

I’m now thinking of buying an LED mask or handheld LED for my face.

Is this all too much? I don’t want to overload or irritate my skin

You lost me after the first paragraph! I'm late 50s and cleanse, tone and moisturise.

The jury's out pretty much on all of the devices, although if you enjoy the treatments and feel they make a difference then that's fine.

What seems to be missing from your routine is a vitamin C unless your serum is one.

Use Tretonoin most nights- what is this?

Use a Nuface most days what is this?

i just bought a FOREO eyes and lips and will use most days - what is this?

I’m having a radio frequency and micro current facial once a month - at home or a salon?

What are you hoping to achieve?

I cleanse with a cheap supermarket lotion. Rinse with warm water and a facecloth.

Use Olay Regenerist day and night

Ultrasun face lotion spf 50.

Occasional face mask from Evolve Beauty.

My skin is fine with these. Am older than you.

Wouldnt the nu face and forero be very similar? Or have I misunderstood?

How long have you been using Tret? for me, I can't do very much exfoliation otherwise I damaged my skin barrier, so I tend to keep my routine very simple and focused on hydration whilst using tretinoin. Lots of glassy skin!

Home LED devices won't do anything so please don't waste your money! You need a license to get any machine that actually penetrates the skin in any meaningful way

I’ve got the Nuface mini so it doesn’t have attachments. It’s meant to tone the muscles of your face. I see a big difference in my skin using this. As a result I wanted to buy a NuFace eye gadget but they don’t do them, so I bought the FOREO. Again, it’s meant to tone the muscles round your eyes, lips and marionette lines, where I think my main aging is.

Tretinoin is supposed to be a superior treatment to retinol. I’ve been using it for 2 years and am very happy with the results.

Yes, I have a Vit c serum
