What to wear with this skirt?

It's my sons graduation in a few weeks and I was thinking of wearing this skirt, but no clue what top or shoes to go with it to make it look smart.

I'd keep it simple since the skirt has quite a lot going on. A plain black body suit or blouse with black heels.

A fitted black t or body suit

I would go for either a black or gold silk blouse. Both black and gold in the skirt, which is lovely by the way.
