Sicily First Week in June - What Do I Need?

First time to Sicily. Feeling a touch inferior after reading about all the stylish continental women. Is this a cream linen dresses kind of place to feel the part or anything goes like Greece and Turkey?

I love sicily, the food is fab! You will see some very nicely dressed women around but it's a pretty casual place and you'll probably want to have some sporty clothes with you if you're going to hike around mount etna.

Hoping you don't mind me commenting, I'm off to genoa next week and I'm the same, I've not idea what to take!
